The customer is responsible for any import or tax duties that may occur upon final delivery. Because taxes and duties are required by your country and collected by the mail carrier, we would have no control over these charges. When we ship out our orders we do our best to reduce the value of the order without breaking any rules to reduce the amount of duties and taxes to help out our customers.

Orders placed before 3pm GMT Monday-Friday will usually ship the same day. Otherwise, they will ship the next business day.

Made to order items require an additional crafting period before they are shipped.

If your order is being shipped with tracked delivery, you will receive an email with your tracking number once your order is dispatched.

"Ready to ship" products ordered before 3PM GMT (Mon-Fri) will usually ship the same day, otherwise they will ship out the next business day.

Orders are shipped via Royal Mail 1st class signed, Royal Mail International Signed and Tracked or DHL. As all of our shipping methods require a signature an adult must be present to accept the delivery.

"Made to order" items require an additional 3-10 business day crafting period before shipping. 

Your products will be fully quality checked before being packed and shipped.

Were getting your orders ready when they have an "unfulfilled" status. This means they are currently being made (where applicable), quality checked and packed for shipment. Once your order has been shipped your order status will then change to "fulfilled". If your order is being sent with tracked delivery you will also receive a confirmation email with tracking information at this time.

Your order probably contains both "made to order" and "ready to ship" items. Orders containing both of these type of items will have multiple shipments (at no extra cost to you). You will receive an email confirming each shipment with their tracking numbers (if applicable) once they are dispatched.
